Here’s the honest-to-goodness truth: We all have “bad habits.”
(Yep, even those influencers who claim they wake up at 5am every morning and jog 6 miles, journal for 20 minutes and read 100 pages before the kids even open their eyes.)
The thing, though? Habits themselves aren’t inherently good or bad.
Habits are simply learned behaviors. And they actually can have lots of positive benefits, like freeing up brain space so we can think about (and accomplish) other things.
However…
What if your habits aren’t helping you get closer to your dream life? Well, odds are they’re harming you instead.
Because habits have a LOT bigger impact than you think.
Here’s the deal:
Good habits WILL help you get what you desire.
Want to hit a bigger income goal? Swap your daily half-hour social media scroll for writing your own content.
Want to finally hit your “goal” weight? Give up your daily spoon of Nutella (no judgement) in favor of carrots and hummus.
Want to hit your deadlines on time? Swap an hour of TV time for an hour of focused work time.
On the flip side, your bad habits will more-than-likely STOP you from attaining what you desire.
Real talk: Anything you do regularly is worth examining to see whether it’s holding you back from feeling happy at home and/or productive at work.
And if it is, well…good news: You can CHANGE it. (And do it fast!)
Yes, the beauty of habits (and our brains) is that they’re malleable.
In fact, the latest research says it only takes 21 days to form a new habit.
Which means when you learn the science behind habit-formation, you can literally replace any of the habits keeping you stuck in as little as three weeks.
But while that sounds dreamy & wonderful, the truth is a LOT of people get this part wrong.
They understand that they CAN change their habits, but they don’t know the HOW.
So before you dive in and try (yet again, most likely) to change up your entire morning routine, or swap your midday coffee for a matcha or spend 30-40 minutes of your day on a yoga mat, know this: There’s a magical little formula that will help you break bad habits, add new habits and do it all without overloading yourself & potentially giving up.
And I’m here to walk you through the entire process in a simple, easy-to-follow way.
Introducing…
You’ll learn…
When we’re done, you’ll know exactly how to identify your bad habits, eradicate them using a variety of transformational tools and replace them with good habits that will help you become happier and more productive.
(While you won’t be able to “crush” every bad habit in just 21 days, the idea is that you WILL walk away with at least one good habit you know you want to work into your daily life–and you’ll know exactly how to do it so it sticks.)
Do you want to...
It’s entirely up to you. And your habits are what will get you there–with just a little work.
By now you know we’re actually 100% in control of our habits–and what we do (or don’t do) each day.
The problem is that so many people want to change their lives, but don’t know how. So instead, they get excited, try to do too much, too fast (read: big, sweeping changes don’t stick!)–and then crash & burn and feel even worse about themselves than they did before.
I get it. And that’s why I knew this training had to be different than other “habit formation” books or courses out there.
Yes, during this training, I’ll dole out hard-won strategies and suggestions for changing your habits. But I don’t recommend that you make ALL the changes at once.
Instead, you’ll learn the true, reliable science behind habit formation and exactly how to change your habits in incremental steps–so the changes you make stick like glue.
Then all you have to do is spend the remainder of the 21 days putting your ONE new habit into action.
And better yet? You can rinse & repeat as often as you like.
So tell me: Can you spare 21 days to commit to a happier you?
